Becoming an esthetician was a natural career choice for me. I started Skin Soulo with a single intention: to offer the highest standard of treatments that will not only help you to look your best, but to offer my clients results-driven facial treatments that are as luxurious as they are effective. By integrating clinical and wellness approaches, my treatments address the specific factors that will enhance your skin’s condition and maintain its integrity. I have been obsessed with all things skin related since dealing with my own skin conditions, like cystic acne, hormonal acne, fungal acne, and acne scarring. Becoming an esthetician has been the driving force for me to help those in need. I know first-hand what it is like trying to achieve a healthy complexion and to feel confident in your own skin.

If you have skin on your face (which I hope you do) you are bound to have some sort of texture, and yes some may have more than most. This is all part of being a human. We aren’t freaks of nature who are walking around this earth with porcelain doll skin, wearing a size 0 with six pack abs, and a natural BBL. OOOKKKAAAYYY!⁣ ⁣ A lot of what we are “working with” is also genetics (thanks mom/dad 🙄) Keep in mind though that there are (many ways) to improve the health of your skin 👇🏼⁣ ⁣ For starters - —Not just repairing, but also strengthening your gut. Not eating 💩’y foods, daily exercise, no vaping, getting enough sleep, and also listening to your body when it needs to rest (esp during your menstrual cycle- this helps hormonal balance) Drinking healthy spring water, limiting the amounts of coffee you consume, re-regulating your nervous system, acupuncture, focusing on your mental health (gut + mind + skin = all acts as one). Meditation, changing your pillowing cases NIGHTLY, cleaning your phone screen 2x a day along with your reading glasses + sun glasses, and limiting the amount of makeup you wear. ⁣ ⁣ Taking a step further and stop following accounts on social media that make you feel bad about your body/face/or skin. Keeping up on your monthly facials + treatments, using the right skincare provided by a professional who’s evaluated your skin, Avoiding processed foods and sugar like the plague… etc. etc. ⁣ ⁣ & the very most important thing stop comparing yourself to fake social media celebrities, and influencers.
