48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, Skin Sou|o requires you to do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours, the card saved on file when booking your first appointment will be charged a $75.00 dollar cancellation fee. This fee can not go towards any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please contact me if you are running behind to your appointment. Anything over 20 minutes  will be considered a “no-show” and the card on file will be charged a $75.00 dollar cancellation fee. This fee can not go towards any future appointments. I do not accept same day rescheduling.

Same Day Cancellation

If for any reason you cancel your appointment the day of, you will be charged 100% of the service. This fee can not go towards any future appointments.

No-Show

No contact or no shows will result in being charged 100% of the service and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments.

Booking

The best way to book your appointment with me is to direct message me through Instagram @skin_soulo, or click the book-now link . Please keep in mind I am closed Sunday-Tuesday. Upon contacting me I will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours of your inquiry. I only accept appointments only for now, no walk ins.

After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text of the date and time of your appointment, including my business address.

As a courtesy you will receive a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment. If for any reason you do not receive the notification message, it is still your responsibility to calendar your upcoming appointments.

It is mutually understood that your time and my time is valuable, and have implemented these policies for this reason. When you miss an appointment, not only do I lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. It is important to show up to your scheduled appointment, and on time.
